Elliott Golnar – Chief Executive Officer

Elliott is the founder of Peak Digital Prospecting. He is a serial entrepreneur and owner of a cryptocurrency hedge fund, real estate fund, and project management consulting company. He has over ten years of project management experience from working as a consultant on multibillion dollar technology projects, including the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II), National Enrichment Facility, and the FA-22 Raptor. As a member of the management team on the NSLS-II, a particle accelerator that was constructed on Long Island, Elliott’s work was recognized with the PMI Project of the Year in 2016, an international award for project execution. Elliott has a B.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University.



Dustin Douglas – President & Chief Operating Officer

Dustin is an operational strategist who works with blockchain miners to solve real world problems. What makes Dustin an effective COO is his belief that the long-term success of blockchain technology is dependent on the alignment of incentives between all participants – consensus level, application level, and end users included. His emphasis is on solving the primary pain points for proof-of-work miners with hybrid electricity pricing models, especially during times of margin compression. Dustin began his career trading electricity at Barclays, one of the largest investment banks in the world, then went on to work with multi-strategy hedge funds as a trader and senior executive. Dustin graduated from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where he studied International Business, Finance, and Japanese.


Matthew Higgins – Chief Financial Officer

Matthew is the Chief Financial Officer and co-founder of Peak Digital Prospecting. Matthew has over 20 years of experience working on Wall Street within the commercial real estate debt industry. He has originated over $3.5Bn of commercial real estate loans for institutional clients. Prior employers include Morgan Stanley, UBS, and Goldman Sachs. Matthew holds a B.S. in Finance with a concentration in Accounting from Villanova University and currently holds his Series 79 and Series 63 FINRA license.


Bryce Greenfield – Chief Technical Officer

Bryce has over 10 years of experience working as a Nuclear Engineer with the Department of Energy. His most recent role was as a Nuclear Weapons Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, the most prestigious classified research facility in the United States. In 2016, with his extensive engineering and mathematical background, he entered the cryptocurrency industry by founding two companies focused on cryptocurrency mining and technical consulting. He subsequently joined Peak Digital Prospecting in 2017. He holds degrees in Computer Science, Advanced Mathematics, and Nuclear Engineering, and most recently earned his Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering in 2009.
